Growing with Purpose
Outside of her work at AG, Macy can often be found in her own garden, testing out companion planting strategies or finding natural pest solutions through integrated pest management. She’s constantly experimenting, learning, and evolving — all in the name of producing healthier crops and more vibrant flavours.
“I love seeing how thoughtful growing practices can not only benefit the environment but also elevate the dining experience,” she says. “It’s all connected.”
