There's so much that I love here. We must have one of the smallest freezers in Niagara Falls - and that's not a complaint but a testament to how fresh everything is. It's really gratifying to have all these fresh ingredients come in and go right out to our guests.
On August 29, 2011, The Les Clefs d’Or Canada of Niagara Region enjoyed their “6th Annual Les Clefs d’Or Niagara Charity Golf Classic” at Lochness Links Golf Course in Welland, Ontario. During the reception the coveted “Golden Plate Award” was presented to Executive Chef Cory Linkson and AG Inspired Cuisine for a constant commitment to dining excellence, continually exceeding customer expectations and providing unparalleled service to guests. This is the first time a restaurant in Niagara Falls has received this award.
