They have been very complimentary regarding your choice and execution of your menu inspired by fresh local and seasonal ingredients.</p>
<p>Building a team that acts in unison to put on such an excellent culinary performance is testimony of your leadership and vision that puts you clearly among the elite of the regional culinary establishment. One of my biggest challenges has been to ensure that the level of service and the wine pairings complement what the chef prepares. Darren did an excellent job coordinating the front of the house and ensuring that the wine pairings were in harmony with the dishes. You are indeed fortunate to have the front of the house in such competent hands.</p>
